At What Point In Time Is The Right Time? Or Is There One?
I've given this a lot of thought throughout my life, and I still do not know the answer to these questions.
You know there are so many serial killers out here, and this is certainly nothing new; it's been going on forever. So you have to wonder a few things about these cases and the people involved. At what point do the people who know something, step up and say something? Is there a Right Time? Or is there ever a right time? You have to wonder if the killers themselves will ever come forward and admit what they did, and you have to wonder if the people who know about it will ever say anything as well... or are they all just going to die and leave the world not knowing what happened or why?
I've seen where sometimes the killers will just surface decades later and says "here I am"... or they will surface and leave clues all over. Btk was one of those cases where he was FREE and no one would have ever known anything, had he not surfaced after all those years. So why did he do that? Was he getting older, got to thinking about it, and just decided to give everyone another chance to catch him? Did he want to come out and "play the game" again, for old times sake? Was he trying to tell on someone else and got himself caught instead? And what about Zodiac. Is he going to resurface at some point, or has he already but no one realizes it? And then what about the people "who know" info and have never said anything; are they going to surface and tell it? And if they did, would anyone even believe them? Probably not haha
So when is the right time, or is there never a right time? I wonder how a person decides what to tell, when; or do they EVER tell? And if not, why? Well I guess if they are the killer, surely they are not going to tell on themself(you would not think), but maybe have. Many killers come forward in later years and just admit what they did? Why ? A guy in NorCAl did that not all that long ago. Just popped up in the police station and said he helped to murder this guy... and in the process got two other people caught as well. So why did he do that? and why did he wait so long, but not wait forever? How did he know it was the Right Time to do that? Surely his co-defendants did not think it was the Right Time? I am sure they thought it was the Wrong Time. And I have to wonder if either of the co-defendants would have ever thought there would be a Right Time, EVER? Would they have one day, done the same thing?
And then there are the people who write it all down, to be found when they die. Who and why decides that is the Right Time? And why do they do THAT; they will be dead when the info comes out and they will never know what happens. What makes a person do THAT.
And then there are the people who HINT all the time, but never really come out and say anything to anyone. If they find someone who "picks up" on what they are saying they will toss out information in Hints, but never talk sensibly about it. Then they go underground and not Hint anymore. Then just about the time you think that is all they have to say, here they come again, to tell you more. Why is it the Right Time to say something and then not; only to do it over and over again, for several decades? What is THAT about? Do they feel bad and decide to tell it all, and then change their mind? Or do they start telling it and then are afraid that someone is going to kill them for saying something? So for THEM, when is the Right Time for them?
Then there are the people who know things, but they are waiting for the guilty person to die before they say anything... so is waiting for the guilty person to die, the Right Time? And what about the guilty's person family, wife and kids etc, is there ever a Right Time to cause them grief, by telling after their guilty husband, wife or child is dead? Now you are ruining the lives of the serial killers family.. Just ask Kerri Rader. I'm sure she was better off not knowing her father was a Serial Killer, expecially, BTK. So maybe NEVER is the Right Time if it is going to hurt a bunch of innocent family members?
There has to be people out here who know the information to find these Serial Killers, but for some reason it is just Never the Right Time to tell it. Will there EVER be a right time? I just wonder, and I don't know the answer to that.
