One interesting question that has come up in the past.... was Raithby Husted related to Vallejo PD Lt. Jim Husted? I have found no answer to that, BUT..... Jim does/did have relatives in Vallejo with the last name of Jensen. I am looking into this to see if there is any connection to Betty Lou Jensen.

"Survivors include Marilyn and Jim Husted, Medford, OR."..... since Marilyn (Jim's wife) is listed before him, I would think that Marilyn was related to some Jensens, making Jim related by marriage. Pretty sure that Marilyn's father was Herman Jensen.... Herman (Lake Herman Rd) Jensen (Betty Lou Jensen), and that the woman in the obituary, Elaine, was Marilyn's mother, but I am not certain about that yet.
Here is Herman's obituary: www.legacy.com/obituaries/name/herman-jensen-obituary?pid=163398586
Strange thing in his obit, he did not have a daughter named Marilyn, but it does say that he had an ex-wife named Marilyn Jensen. He died one month after Elaine. I'm pretty sure that this is not the right Herman Jensen though.
EDIT: Definitely NOT the same Herman Jensen. Elaine's obit says she and her husband Herman moved to Vallejo from Illinois in 1944. The Herman I just posted graduated from Petaluma (CA) High School in 1944, as well as being born and raised in Petaluma. That is the only Herman Jensen that I have found but I will keep looking. The shitty thing, though, is that typing "Herman Jensen Vallejo, CA" into google only comes up with results on the Zodiac murder of Betty Lou Jensen on Lake Herman Rd.
This might by the right Herman Jensen:

There was a Herman Carl Jensen that died in Colma, CA (near Daly City) in 1971...
